Intuitive Eating Group Program
Details:
- Cost: $200
- This 8-week Group Program begins (next program date TBD) 2024.
- We will meet via Google Meet at 8 pm EST each week for one hour.
- The first 20-30 minutes of each session will consist of an explanation of one or more of the Intuitive Eating Principles.
- The educational portion of the session will be recorded and will be available for replay for 6 months after the start date of the program.
- The remaining session time will be spent doing practical exercises, sharing experiences, asking questions, and receiving feedback.
- There will be additional handouts and at-home projects that you may choose to do between sessions.
- April Carroll holds an Intuitive Eating Counselor Certification.

Herbal/Aromatherapy Consultation Package – $95
This includes:
- 30-45 minute initial intake session to discuss your health concerns
- 60-90 minute follow up session to provide education on evidence-based lifestyle changes, herbs, and/or essential oils shown to be potentially effective for your health concern
